Emerson Essay

        Emerson title is self reliance. The point he is trying to make is to never give up. "There is a time in every mans education". this was one of the quotes of Emerson it wasn't to connect with the first sentence. he believes that being yourself is a very good and necessary thing to have in your mind. I believe that Emerson might be a bit sexist. He mentions that you should never have a bad mind set at any time . He has a lot of good topics which have a lot of common sense. i believe sincerely that Emerson ideas could be definitely useful in my life in the futur i believe that self reliance is a good thing to have for many reasons but self reliance could be hard for people in the world of society. He talks about how people say that they don't care about what people say about them. You should be alert to everything. I believe that it matters when its on a family matter.

Young Goodman Brown

In the story of young Goodman man brown, he was in a good relationship with his wife, then he thought people were changing moods. he was confused  and i believe he was so confused that he went to the forest.after all he thought everyone was changed to normal , for me it could of been a dream but lastly he was back to normal and got back with his wife.

The Richard Cory poem was a easy poem to memorize and the poem was a very shocking poem. He was different from the inside to the outside. Richard Cory for me was a very sad poem and when i was  memorizing it i was saying it in a sad tone
